The RISE Network works with public libraries to provide Albertans with opportunities to communicate with health care professionals, participate in distance education, attend meetings, learn new skills and more – all by videoconference from their local library.

Anxiety is an unpleasant state of mental and emotional uneasiness. Persistent anxiety can interfere with many aspects of life including work, school, our social life and our relationships. This workshop provides individuals with an understanding of anxiety and how to overcome anxiety through effective anxiety reduction strategies and tools.

Join children's entertainer Mary Lambert on a musical journey to a tropical destination and escape the winter blues. Enjoy singing about all of the wonderful things that spring to life in spring right here at home as well!  Song, dance, colourful costumes and props and LOTS of audience participation.  This program is 50 minutes long.
